Standard production runs 2 to 4 business days once your proof is approved, then standard shipping adds 5 to 8 business days for a typical door-to-door window of 7 to 12 business days. Express service moves you into a priority production slot (usually 1 to 2 business days) and ships in 2 to 4 business days. Orders above roughly 250 pieces, or jobs combining embroidery with printing, may add a day or two. We confirm the exact date in writing before we start.

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS and PSD. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal because they scale to any print size without softening. For raster files, send artwork at 300 dpi at the actual size it will print. A 12-inch-wide front print wants an image around 3,600 pixels wide. Transparent PNGs are strongly preferred over JPGs for logos. If your file is too small, our production artists will tell you before anything goes on press, and we redraw logos as vectors free of charge on orders of 24 pieces or more.

Yes. Pricing tiers begin at 24 pieces and step down again at 50, 100, 250 and 500. Larger runs in a limited number of spot colors are usually cheaper on screen printing than on direct-to-garment, and we will quote both methods so you can compare. Email sales@xpectramediallc.com with the product, quantity, number of print colors and print positions and you will have a written quote back within one business day.

There is no minimum on our direct-to-garment catalog. A single shirt is a real order and carries no setup fee. Screen printing has a practical minimum of 24 pieces per design and per color because of screen setup, and embroidery has a 12-piece minimum for new digitized logos. Drinkware and laser engraving start at one piece.

You have seven days from delivery to request a return. Blank, non-customized products in unused, unwashed original condition can be returned for a refund. Customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged in transit, or printed incorrectly. In those cases we reprint or refund at no cost to you. Send a photo of the issue with your order number and we resolve it without asking you to pay return shipping. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

This website processes orders on a Cash on Delivery basis. You confirm your order online, we produce and ship it, and payment is collected when the package arrives. Online card payment is currently unavailable on the site. For corporate and bulk accounts we also accept company checks, ACH transfer and purchase orders with approved net terms. Contact our sales team to set that up.

We ship to all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 and arrives in 5 to 8 business days; express shipping is $14.99 and arrives in 2 to 4 business days. Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more ship standard for free. Alaska and Hawaii are served through the same carriers with a longer 6 to 10 business day transit. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO boxes for express service.

Yes. Split shipping is standard on corporate work. We routinely send part of a run to a venue and the rest to a head office, or break a single order into individual employee packages with names on the labels. Provide the address list as a spreadsheet with the item, size and color per recipient and we will handle the rest. Additional carrier charges apply per destination and appear on your quote.
